We investigate how cancer cells interact with the immune system and evolve during therapy — combining functional genomics, cancer immunology, and single-cell and spatial technologies to uncover mechanisms of therapeutic resistance and identify new strategies for cancer treatment.

Our research focuses on understanding the complex interactions between cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment that shape tumor progression and therapeutic response. By integrating CRISPR-based functional genomics with experimental models and high-resolution single-cell and spatial profiling, we aim to identify tumor-intrinsic mechanisms that regulate anti-tumor immunity, tumor–immune interactions, and resistance to cancer therapy.
